Since opening in 2008, Main Crust Co. has become a favorite for its delicious take on the classic pizza and other Italian meals. Chef and owner Trent has has been cooking since 1998 and also attended culinary school to further the craft, which he has brought into the restaurant industry. Now, with Main Crust as his latest venture, it's become more than just cooking up great recipes, it's about the interaction with customers, seeing their reactions and, of course, a general love for food.
